A serial fytipper who dumped fridges on a street in north Manchester three times was hauled before a court. Environmental officers began investigating after pictures of the dumping on Hodge Street in Harpurhey were posted on social media. Town hall bosses trawled CCTV with the footage showing 50-year-old Teumameu Dodo Berline Mbonda dumping the disused appliacnes, once on February 27 last year and twice two days later on March 1. I used to love back-to-school shopping when my children were little. For Lueder, the project began around two-and-a-half weeks ago, when Hardstyle first got in touch about borrowing pieces from her upcoming fall-winter 2026 collection. Then the brief changed. Because of New Jersey’s relentless summer heat, RM needed something a lot lighter, which meant creating a custom version of her designs instead. “They knew exactly what they wanted,” Lueder says. “Something lightweight because of the heat. That really is a topic which comes back in every conversation.” Rather than starting from scratch, Lueder reworked one of the label’s engineered sweaters. The finished piece quickly became hotly in-demand within her own studio. “It’s literally our favorite now,” she says, laughing. “We were like, ‘Oh, we should have sold that one.’” Tan’s experience followed a similar script. “I found out about this, like, seven days ago, basically,” he says. “It always seems to come close to the deadline.
