The 18-year-old was fatally stabbed by Vickrum Digwa in Southampton last year after a night out. His death has sparked a political row after he was handcuffed by police as he lay dying following claims by his killer that he had been the victim of a racial attack. Speaking on GB News, the Reform leader was visibly emotional as he said: “You asked me as a father, and I think all of us are more fearful of our teenage kids going out and having fun, whether it’s going to a concert, to the pub, whatever it is, I think we’re all more fearful for our kids going for a night out in our cities now than we’ve ever been, I’m afraid.” Mr Farage also accused Sir Keir Starmer of being “out of touch” after the Prime Minister criticised him for saying the public should feel “pure, cold rage”. Farage Ignored Calls To Condemn Henry Nowak Protest Violence

Nigel Farage ignored MPs’ calls for him to condemn the violence which erupted at a protest over the murder of Henry Nowak. The 18-year-old student was stabbed repeatedly by Vickrum Digwa, who then falsely told the police that he had been the victim of racism. Henry himself was handcuffed and arrested while he lay dying on the ground, despite telling officers he could not breathe and had been stabbed. Digwa was jailed for life with a minimum term of 21 years on Monday at Southampton Crown Court. Farage claimed on Tuesday that the tragedy was proof of “two-tier policing” in the UK and called for the public to respond with “pure cold rage”. Hours later, a “justice for Henry” protest erupted outside Southampton police station, attended by far-right activists Tommy Robinson and Laurence Fox. Police were targeted with missiles as angry demonstrators criticised “two-tier policing” in the UK. The violence came despite direct pleas from Henry’s family, who have called for his death not to be used for political point-scoring or further division. During Wednesday’s …

Nigel Farage Branded 'Whining Narcissist' Over Desert Island Discs Snub Row

Reform UK Leader Nigel Farage walks through the House of Commons to attend the State Opening of Parliament last month. Nigel Farage has been branded a “whining narcissist” after he complained about not being invited on Desert Island Discs. The Reform UK leader called for the BBC licence fee to be abolished because he is not lined up as a guest on the long-running Radio 4 show. Those chosen as “castaways” are asked by presenter Lauren Laverne to name the eight musical recordings, book and luxury item they would like to have with them if they were stranded on a desert island. According to a new biography of Farage by Tory peer Lord Ashcroft, Reform asked the BBC if he could be a guest, as Keir Starmer and Kemi Badenoch have been in the past, but were told they had no space in their schedule. A Reform source told The Times: “We approached the BBC as we thought it would be a no-brainer with Keir and Kemi going on, but it would appear they have …

In an interview with The House magazine, the former minister in Thatcher’s Conservative government suggested that the late prime minister would have seen through the Reform UK leader’s “opportunism” and “prejudices”. Farage, by contrast, said last year that there “isn’t any doubt” that Reform would have appealed to Thatcher. Following her death in 2013, he also declared that he was the only politician “keeping the flame of Thatcherism alive”.  The Reform leader, who was a Tory member in the 1980s while working as a commodities trader in the City, has said that Thatcher was a “great inspiration” to him. But asked what opinion Thatcher might have had of Farage and his political project today, Heseltine told The House: “She’d have hated him.  “Nigel Farage will assimilate himself …
