Fendi Names Rome Gallery for Couture Show, Karl Lagerfeld Exhibition

WHEN IN ROME: Fendi on Thursday revealed the location of the first couture show designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri — the Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea in Rome on the evening of July 9. For the occasion, guests will be invited to a private view of the exhibition “After un Percorso di Lavoro. Fendi/Karl Lagerfeld 1985. After Steps Through Work.” Although clearly dedicated to the late longtime and legendary couturier of the brand, details about the exhibit are still under wraps. It will be open to the public from July 10 to Oct. 25.   Related Articles The GNAM museum is housed in a former Barefoot Carmelite monastery dating from the 17th century.
