Karoline Leavitt to work for Trump-affiliated super PAC after leaving White House
Press secretary Karoline Leavitt will work for President Donald Trump’s super PAC MAGA Inc. after she leaves her post at the White House, she said Friday. Leavitt, 28, told reporters aboard Air Force One that she will return to work for the super PAC, for which she served as a spokesperson before joining Trump’s 2024 campaign, though she did not specify what her new title will be. MAGA Inc. did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Leavitt’s new role. Speaking briefly in the press cabin before takeoff, Leavitt told reporters that she will miss the job “but I love my kids even more.” Leavitt added that she and her family will remain in Washington for a while, telling reporters, “You guys will still see me all the time.” She told reporters that Friday’s flight to South Carolina for a rally supporting Sen. Darline Graham will be her last trip as press secretary, but that she’ll be back on board for the Republican National Committee’s midterm convention scheduled for Sept. 9 and 10. …
