Infanta Sofia of Spain proved she was the queen of royal recycling this weekend as she stepped out in a stunning dress previously worn by both her mother and her older sister.  The Spanish royal, 19, was seen in a gorgeous off-the-shoulder blue and white dress for a family dinner at the Mia Restaurant in Palma on Friday evening.   The gown, a collaboration between designer Stella Jean and Desigual, looked very familiar – as in previous summers it’s been worn by Queen Letizia and Princess Leonor, 20.  Letizia, 53, wore it to the 2023 Balearic Island Reception three years ago at the Marivent Palace, while Leonor wore the piece in August 2025, styling the statement item with gold earrings and navy blue sandals.  © Getty ImagesInfanta Sofia wore a very familiar dress Infanta Sofia put her own twist on the look, adding white flat espadrilles from Calzados Picón, and keeping her long blonde locks straight and flowing as the family continued their holiday in Mallorca.  Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor and King Felipe’s looks revealed …

Queen Letizia of Spain was joined by her two daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia, as they headed to Casa Esment in Mallorca. Although the royals are currently on their summer break, the royal ladies visited the non-profit organisation that has been running since 1962. The trio spent three hours at the charity, which aims to help “people with intellectual disabilities and developmental disorders and their families”. As ever, Letizia gave us all a style lesson, as the Queen of Spain looked ravishing in a flowy blue blouse, a pair of cream trousers and open-toed sandals. Leonor and Sofia also looked radiant, with the pair opting for eye-catching patterned dresses. Between Harriet Sterling’s designer wedding gown and Queen Letizia’s day out in Spain, white was the dress colour of choice over the weekend.  Letizia joined her husband, King Felipe VI, and their two daughters, Leonor and Sofia, in Madrid on Saturday 6 June to welcome Pope Leo XIV for a historic visit to Spain – and she looked immaculate for the special occasion in a lace dress from luxury Spanish label, The 2nd Skin Co, as identified by Royal Fashion Police on Instagram.  The royal was the picture of elegance in a long-sleeved Guipure dress with a statement belt at the waist for a cinched look. ROME (AP) — Pope Leo XIV will inaugurate the soaring central tower of Barcelona’s famed Sagrada Familia basilica when he visits Spain next month in a weeklong trip that will also take him to a migrant reception center in the Canary Islands, the Vatican said Wednesday. The June 6-12 visit will first bring Leo to Madrid for meetings with the government, parliament and King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia. He will also preside over a prayer vigil with young people that will recall the last time a pope visited Spain: 2011, when Madrid hosted World Youth Day with Pope Benedict XVI. In Barcelona, Leo will be on hand to mark the 100th anniversary, on June 10, of the death of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, who designed Sagrada Familia, the world’s tallest church. Leo will celebrate an evening Mass in the basilica and inaugurate its Tower of Jesus Christ, the soaring central piece that was moved into place in February. Queen Letizia of Spain has been known to borrow an outfit from her mother-in-law, Queen Sofía. A few of those garments were designed by renowned fashion designer Valentino Garavani, who died on Monday, January 19 at age 93. It has been nearly three years to the day that Queen Letizia was seen wearing a haute couture ensemble from the Queen Mother, designed by the Italian fashion icon, while attending a reception at the Royal Place in Madrid on Monday for the diplomatic corps accredited in Spain alongside her husband King Felipe. She wore a Valentino dress featuring a long, A-line forest green skirt with a pink and white sash at the waist and a sheer, wide-sleeved organza top adorned with large, pink floral embroidery. This gown previously belonged to Felipe’s mother, Queen Sofía, who last wore the look in 1977, the year of the collection, at Gymnich Castle on a state trip to Germany with her husband, King Juan Carlos.
