Jeffrey Epstein claimed people were “concerned about dementia” when they met Donald Trump in 2017 because he “couldn’t recognise old friends, an Epstein Files email suggests. Dated December 29, 2017, the email also alleges that Trump was wearing “tons of makeup.” It was sent during his first term as president of the United States. The message was part of a conversation between Epstein and journalist Michael Wolff, a columnist and contributor to USA Today and The Hollywood Reporter. The full email sent by the convicted sex offender said: “Some at dinner wtih donald last night, were concerned about dementia. tons of makeup. did not recognize old friends”. It comes after the US Department of Justice released millions of files related to the late child sex offender, the largest government disclosure since legislation passed last year required the documents to be made public. The email exchange has the potential to reignite concerns about the US president’s health and suggests he may have been experiencing health issues for some time.
