Kate Middleton Has a Talent for This Drinking Game, According to Prince William’s Cousin

Count on the ever-regal Kate Middleton to add a touch of elegance to a drinking game. According to her cousin-in-law Mike Tindall, the Princess of Wales knows how to take the pressure off. “I knew that the Princess of Wales was über competitive because I’d seen her play a drinking game called beer pong, but normally we play prosecco pong! She still plays it with us,” Tindall revealed during a recent interview with Woman & Home. Since 2011, Mike has been married to Zara Tindall, daughter of Princess Anne and cousin to Prince William. “Sport is rife throughout the family—everyone is competitive,” Tindall added of the royal clan. This extends beyond the sports fields for the Windsors. William and Kate have already proved highly competitive with each other during their engagements. In March, the pair took part in a beer-pouring contest during a visit to London’s Southwark Brewery, as later shown on Instagram. While on that visit to Southwark, Middleton mentioned that these days she takes more care with her alcohol consumption following her 2024 …

The move comes nearly four years after Williams retired. “I’m excited to be back competing on one of the sport’s most iconic stages,” Williams said in a statement released by the tournament. Williams will play under a wild card entry in the doubles bracket, which kicks off on June 8. The Tennis Channel, which will be streaming the event, called it a “generational announcement.” In her own statement, Williams — who’s been busy as a businesswoman, philanthropist and a mother of two — stopped short of saying she might seek to return to a full tennis schedule. Instead, she said the …

Serena Williams Is Coming Back to Tennis at 44, Returning to the Sport She Dominated for Decades

PARIS (AP) — Serena Williams is coming back to professional tennis at the age of 44, returning to the sport she dominated for two decades before famously “evolving” away from the daily grind of competition. First up for the 23-time Grand Slam singles champion is the doubles tournament at Queen’s Club. But Wimbledon and the U.S. Open could be next. “It seems like she’s trying to work her way up maybe to the U.S. Open, and those fans would be so ready to see her back on a singles court there,” former No. 1 Lindsay Davenport said at the French Open after the WTA Tour announced Monday that Williams has accepted a wild-card invitation to play doubles at next week’s grass-court tournament in London. Williams won seven Wimbledon titles and six at the U.S. Open before stepping away from the game in 2022. In doubles, she won six titles at Wimbledon and two at the U.S. Open — all with her older sister Venus Williams. “She’s a legend. It’s inspiring to see,” top-ranked Aryna Sabalenka …

Prince Harry’s longstanding fear of being ‘overshadowed’ by Prince William’s children

Prince Harry’s longstanding fear of being ‘overshadowed’ by Prince William’s children

Prince Harry feared his brother Prince William’s three children would “overshadow” him, a royal biographer has claimed.  The Prince and Princess of Wales’ three children – Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, eight – have grown up in the public eye, just like their uncle. But in recent months, the limelight has been on George in particular as he is set to embark on his secondary studies in September at a still undisclosed school. Amid speculation over the young royal’s future education, royal biographer Andrew Morton alleges that the Duke of Sussex has long been concerned about his niece and nephews eclipsing him. “The issue that always concerned Prince Harry, that he would be overshadowed by his brother’s children, is coming true”, he claimed to the Daily Mail’s Palace Confidential. The biographer also weighed in on Oundle School in Northamptonshire as a potential pick for where the young royal could be studying next. © Samir Hussein./WireImageThe Prince and Princes of Wales with their three children: Louis, Charlotte and George George’s school Prince William recently …

Is Prince William’s school-run story an Amandaland moment? We’re not buying it for a minute

But in what can only be described as a full-on Amandaland moment, our future king took to the airwaves, describing on Heart Radio’s breakfast show that his mornings are often total chaos on the way to deliver their kids to the £10,669 a term Lambrook School, near Ascot, with Prince Louis messing the car up with his sticky snacks. “Yes, there’s a lot of jam sandwiches taken in the car, usually. Louis is very kind. He’ll leave jam fingerprints throughout the car, which is really helpful,” William reported to the nation. “It depends if there is a guitar lesson going on in the morning, a music lesson… …

‘The Maids,’ With Yerin Ha, Asks: Has Life Become One Big Performance?

‘The Maids,’ With Yerin Ha, Asks: Has Life Become One Big Performance?

Kip Williams disappeared into the wardrobe. The face of the Australian director, the auteur of theatrical sensations like “The Picture of Dorian Gray” and “Dracula,” suddenly loomed large across the 13-foot-high mirrored cupboard fronts, flanked by the two actresses who had been using a phone to film themselves in its interior moments earlier. They were rehearsing a vital, phantasmagorical sequence from Williams’s production of Jean Genet’s “The Maids,” and when Williams re-emerged from the wardrobe, the actress Lydia Wilson tried the scene again. “Eternity of me! Eternity of me! Eternity of me!” she cried out ecstatically, as a kaleidoscope of pink lights streamed behind her projected image on the wardrobe. The passage comes toward the end of “The Maids,” which began performances on May 17 at St. Ann’s Warehouse after a run last year at London’s Donmar Warehouse. It encapsulates a central preoccupation in Williams’s version of Genet’s 1947 drama, which centers on two sisters, Claire (Wilson) and Solange (Phia Saban), who enact daily rituals of power and submission as they fantasize about killing their …

Prince William’s deeply personal new approach to power

Prince William’s deeply personal new approach to power

After the wild success of the King and Queen’s visit to the United States last month, where witty speeches and warm interactions were the order of the day, and the Princess of Wales’ milestone trip to Italy, where she received a rock-star welcome, it was the turn of her husband, the Prince of Wales. And increasingly, the future King’s greatest strength appears to be his willingness to let the public see the man behind the title. © Getty ImagesPrince William on a visit to Nansledan, Newquay For generations, royal mystique relied on distance. But the current royal family, and William in particular, are embracing the opposite approach. Over the past couple of years, we’ve seen him at his most emotionally open more than ever before – whether dad-dancing at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, coming close to tears while speaking to a bereaved wife and mother or opening up to Eugene Levy at Windsor, he has increasingly been wearing his heart on his sleeve. You’ll have struggled to move this week without seeing footage or images …

WWE’s Joe Hendry on his future on Raw, reigniting Trick Williams feud

WWE’s Joe Hendry on his future on Raw, reigniting Trick Williams feud

Fans had been saying his name for years, and finally Joe Hendry made his debut on the main roster of WWE Raw three weeks ago – and what a debut he’s had, feuding already with The Vision (in particular a certain Mr Paul), and teaming up with iconic tag-team duo The Street Profits to overcome the villainous faction. Hendry’s name has been on many a fan’s lips for a couple of years for his infectious personality, hard-to-beat in-ring style and, of course, a theme song for the ages, but it was when he led the charge on a partnership between TNA and WWE a few years back that the Scot was propelled into the mainstream. In 2025, he became the first TNA World Champion to enter the Royal Rumble and have a match at WrestleMania – he would go on that year to sign to NXT where he would become the NXT Champion before eventually getting the coveted call-up to Raw in 2026. Radio Times caught up with Hendry to see how he was settling …
