French Open 2026 tennis order of play and TV coverage

French Open 2026 tennis order of play and TV coverage

Roars will be heard in Court Philippe-Chatrier and across Roland-Garros as Sunday marks the start of the French Open 2026.

With back-to-back champion Carlos Alcaraz absent, World No.1 Jannik Sinner is the heavy favourite in the men’s singles. The Italian is chasing history as a first French Open title would see him complete the career grand slam.

Aryna Sabalenka tops a competitive women’s draw, which includes 2025 winner Coco Gauff, who beat her in last year’s final, and four-time champion Iga Swiatek.

Britain is well represented in Paris but Jack Draper’s injury and Emma Raducanu’s tumble down the WTA rankings mean Cameron Norrie is the only seeded player and hopes of a first winner since Sue Barker in 1976 look slim.

Raducanu and compatriot Fran Jones both play their openers on Sunday, when the two players expected to push Sinner furthest in the men’s draw – second seed Alexander Zverev and 24-time major champion Novak Djokovic – both begin their challenge.

One of the best fortnights in the tennis calendar is upon us and UK viewers can tune in to extensive coverage from Roland-Garros.

Radio Times has the full order of play for the French Open 2026, with the full tournament schedule, updated with the latest matches each and every day.

I studied medicine in Brighton and qualified as a doctor and for the last 2 years been writing blogs. While there are are many excellent blogs devoted to the topics of faith, humanism, atheism, political viewpoints, and wider kinds of rationalism and philosophical doubt, those are not the only focus here.Im going to blog about what ever comes to my mind in a day.
