Ivanka Trump has shared a rare glimpse of her extended family as they gathered to celebrate her maternal grandmother Marie Zelníčková’s milestone 100th birthday.
The 44-year-old posted a series of photographs from the intimate celebration, which took place at the Miami home she shares with husband Jared Kushner last Saturday. The gathering brought together Marie’s three grandchildren – Ivanka, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump – as well as all 10 of her great-grandchildren.
One particularly striking family portrait showed the centenarian seated at the heart of the group, surrounded by four generations of her family.
Ivanka stood alongside Jared and their three children, Arabella, 15, Joseph, 12, and Theodore, 10, while Eric attended with wife Lara and their children Eric “Luke”, nine, and Carolina, seven. Donald Jr. was joined by his wife Bettina and his five children from his previous marriage to Vanessa Trump – Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe.
The photographs offered a particularly rare look at all 10 of Marie’s great-grandchildren together – and highlighted the strong family resemblance between the cousins as they smiled for the camera around a long dining table.
Other images from the day showed the younger members of the family enjoying the Miami sunshine, including spending time by the pool and playing on a waterslide.
Sharing her joy over the milestone, Ivanka described the celebration as “100 years of life, love, family and memories”, adding that having Marie surrounded by her three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren had made the occasion incredibly special.
There was, however, one significant absence from the celebrations: Marie’s daughter and Ivanka’s mother, Ivana Trump, who died in July 2022 at the age of 73.
Ivanka paid an emotional tribute to her late mother in her post, writing that she had been “deeply missed”, but that her presence could still be felt in the stories the family shared and through the generations she loved.
Marie – affectionately known as “Babi” by her family – is the mother of Ivana, who was born Ivana Zelníčková in what was then Czechoslovakia. Ivana later moved to North America and married Donald Trump in 1977. The former couple welcomed three children together – Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric – before divorcing in 1992.
Ivanka has frequently celebrated her close bond with her grandmother on social media.
When Marie turned 97 in 2023, she shared photographs from another family celebration in Miami and wrote about cherishing the “simple moments” they spent together.
Three years later, the family was able to mark the much rarer milestone of Marie’s centenary, with Ivanka describing the occasion as a reminder of the extraordinary legacy her grandmother has created across four generations.
