An 88-year-old woman was seriously injured after her mobility scooter toppled into a pothole and trapped her underneath. Pat Lowe suffered a deep arm wound and was pinned for around 10 minutes before freeing herself, later spending hours in hospital. She has urged the council to act, warning the pothole-ridden road remains dangerous despite limited repairs.
