Meryl Streep’s Daughters All Came to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2026

Gummer has said that costumes were instrumental in finding the look of Caroline, the older sister of JFK Jr. “The moment I put it on, I was like, ‘Oh, here she is.’ She buttons the cuffs, always, and buttons it all the way to the top. Together, classy, elegant, old world, but with this spirit. Everybody talks about Caroline’s style—I think she had impeccable style, and still does.” Mamie Gummer, the eldest of Streep’s daughters at 42, wore a long sleeve, sheer net dress. The youngest daughter, 34, stars in HBO’s The Gilded Age. She wore a Khaite leather ensemble with her short blonde bob and sunglasses on. And matching gloves! The sisters are something of a social institution in the city, often spotted on the streets of Manhattan as low-key celebrities. And Jacobson has been something of a muse for New York City designer Daniella Kallmeyer, starring …

Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie Hit the Vanity Fair Oscar Party Red Carpet 2026

Williams wore Balenciaga (earlier in the evening, he wore to the Oscars 2026 ceremony), while Storrie opted for Saint Laurent for his VF party debut, styled by James Yardley. Earlier this year, Yardley told VF’s José Criales-Unzueta that he styles Storrie with an eye toward enhancing the Old Hollywood leading-man energy, elegance, and charisma that the actor exudes. “[It’s about styling] him not with a costume element, because it’s never that,” Yardley said, “but with a nod to leading men from Hollywood history.” Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams Rodin Eckenroth/GA/Getty Images Source link

Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner Close a Madcap Awards Campaign at Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2026

Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner Close a Madcap Awards Campaign at Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2026

For Timothée Chalamet, a committed artist in all senses of the term, the Marty Supreme Oscar campaign had a narrative and fashion arc of its own. The actor pedaled the film’s signature windbreaker across the globe, paired Chrome Hearts with Timberland boots at the Golden Globes, and pulled the stunt of the season when he and recent Vanity Fair cover girl Kylie Jenner told a tangerine love story at the film’s premiere. For his final act on Sunday, after losing out in the best actor category, Chalamet walked the Vanity Fair Oscar Party red carpet 2026 in a second white suit of the night, this one custom Chrome Hearts, after wearing custom Givenchy at the ceremony. He was accompanied by Jenner, who wore Alexander McQueen. The 17 Best Dressed Stars at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

The 17 Best Dressed Stars at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Who doesn’t love a good party? I can say for certain that most of Tinseltown loves this one: the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscars Party, which took place Sunday at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. As often happens with celebrities and fashion, the stars left their best looks for the very last stop of the 2026 awards season. Let’s start with the most obvious hit of this awards season. Sarah Pidgeon stars on Love Story as style oracle and former Calvin Klein publicist Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. At the party, she finally wore… drum roll, please: Calvin Klein Collection by Veronica Leoni. Pidgeon looked terrific in a simple yet sparkly slip dress—classic Calvin! For those who are aware of the CBK lore, or who are tuned into the show, you’ll know that it wasn’t Calvin Klein who designed Bessette-Kennedy’s wedding dress, but Narciso Rodriguez. Here’s a fun fact: after his time at CK, Rodriguez went on to design Loewe. There, he made a slip dress with a sculpted bodice. Tonight, Eva Victor wore a black recreation …

Hollywood, Media, and Tech Meet at Vanity Fair’s Oscars 2026 Dinner Party

Elsewhere, the room was filled with a mix of Hollywood, tech, and media luminaries. New York Times reporter Maureen Dowd stopped Domingo mid-conversation to fawn over him, telling the actor she absolutely loves his work and asking to get a picture with him. Former Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter caught up with Lourd and Diller. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and his husband, Oliver Mulherin, preferred to stay on the outskirts of the party, chatting to some fellow tech bros. Nancy Pelosi and Paul Pelosi got absorbed up in cross-generational conversation with Sennott and Myha’la. Inside, Jon Hamm embraced his old Mad Men costar Brie. In a white tutu befitting of first-season Carrie Bradshaw, Sarah Paulson flitted around the party, greeting Lisa Eisner and Fonda with kisses on the cheek. She made sure to give her longtime partner, Holland Taylor, a back rub as Taylor, too, smoked a cigarette. Jessica Chobot, Nikki Glaser,Photographer Hunter Abrams And then it was time for dinner. Jane Fonda Looks Like a Legend at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2026

Jane Fonda is no stranger to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Two-time best-actress Academy Award winner—for her roles in Klute and Coming Home—and former Oscars cohost has been a regular for over a decade, wearing everything from an animal print gown in 2013 to a beaded jumpsuit in 2015. On Sunday, however, the Book Club star chose a long sequined gown for the Vanity Fair Oscar Party red carpet 2026. Fonda, who is 88, added a “#Block The Merger” pin, wearing her opposition to the Paramount-Warner Bros. on her chest. In a 2010 post on her blog, she recapped her night, sounding a little starstruck by the sheer number of people she met. “Talked with Jamie Foxx and Tyler Perry, who harks from Atlanta like I do. Got to hug Jennifer Lopez, who, I have to say, looked smashing and had the best dress (though she wore a …

Chase Infiniti Takes In Her Moment Ahead of the Oscars 2026: “I’ve Been Dreaming About This My Whole Life”

On the carpet, Tyriq Withers shared love for both women. “The work Kerry’s been doing has been so profound over the years, and she’s only surpassed by how good of a person she is to her soul. Even when I first met her, she embraced me with love,” he said. “And Chase, seeing her breakout moment… acting opposite greats like Leo [DiCaprio] and Jake Gyllenhaal, she is owning the space, pouring so much of herself, but also creativity in her role. I’m just grateful to be here to celebrate them.” Held a few days before the Oscars, the annual awards luncheon celebrates the talents of Black women within the industry by honoring some of the year’s most influential figures. If we leave it to Gerber—who was the best dressed star of the night—it’s all about the perfect little black dress. Everything You Need to Know About the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

From Sinners versus One Battle After Another in the best-picture race to Timothée Chalamet versus Michael B. Jordan in the lead-actor category, questions about the 2026 Oscars abound. But there’s no question about where to celebrate once the 98th Academy Awards are over. That would be the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, where A-listers gather to drink, dance, and be merry until the early-morning hours. For its 31st annual Oscar party, VF is celebrating Hollywood’s biggest night at a fresh location: the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), which will soon open its brand-new galleries to the public. After you’ve watched the Oscars 2026, airing at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Sunday, March 15, with Conan O’Brien acting as host for the second year in a row, slip into something a little less comfortable for the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Chalamet and girlfriend Kylie Jenner last year mingled with his A Complete Unknown costar Elle Fanning, who is a first-time nominee this year in best supporting actress for Sentimental Value. The year before that, …

Why the Vanity Fair Oscar Party Is Moving to LACMA

Why the Vanity Fair Oscar Party Is Moving to LACMA

The market encourages and handsomely rewards boldness—“Move fast and break things,” et cetera—but the culture tends to be more conservative. Take the case of Michael Govan and LACMA. The only thing more radical than the design, by Pritzker Prize–winning Peter Zumthor, is Michael’s idea for what is happening inside: the reimagination of what an encyclopedic museum can be, organized by curators’ points of view, untethered to geography or timeline. Govan and Zumthor, who until now has never built a building in the US, inspired years of pearl clutching in Los Angeles over the development—one art critic even earned a Pulitzer Prize for his opprobrium. Nonetheless, this month LACMA will open the doors of the David Geffen Galleries to Angelenos and the world. Michael’s monumental conviction seems to have already won over them all. Art correspondent Nate Freeman toured the building with Michael for his story, “The Man, the Metropolis, and the $720 Million Museum,” with mid-installation photographs by Max Farago. Congratulations to Michael, who, after two decades of diligence and diplomacy, has realized his vision. …
