Christina Haack proves that size doesn’t matter. The 42-year-old HGTV star embraced her ‘flat booty’ during a workout on Monday, March 23 while wearing a sporty workout set.

Christina, who is a mom-of-three, shared a video to her 1.9 million Instagram followers of her working out with her trainer, Andrew Taylor, who goes by “The Glute Master.”

To the video, the interior designer wrote: “Sorry @atf_personaltraining I still love my flat booty Alo leggings.”

Christina wore a black sports bra, matching leggings, and white sneakers to her workout, with her long blonde hair pulled back into a low ponytail. In another video, the reality TV star proved that she was still working on her fitness as she did more squats.

In the past few months, Christina has really embraced her beauty. Last week, the real estate agent shared a picture online of herself lounging around in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, while staying cool with a pair of black shades and a black cap. 

Fans flocked to her comments, with one person writing: “That scenery in the background is incredible!!!” Another follower added: “My gorgeous señorita and my favorite champagne.”

Christina’s love life

The mom-of-three is newly in love with her boyfriend Christopher Larocca. The two have been romantically linked to Christopher – the CEO and president of Network Connex – since the end of 2024, and they went Instagram official in February 2025. 

Before they decided to go public, there were several reports of their relationship circling the internet. Christopher opened up about the violation of his privacy in a rare interview in March 2025.

Talking on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy in March 2025, he recalled the subsequent media attention. “I had paparazzi calling me. I had reporters calling me. I had a lot of things going on that day and the last thing I wanted to do was a coffee reading in Beverly Hills at a dress shop,” he said. 

When they decided to make their relationship Instagram official a month after the press exposed them, Christina shared a photo of them sitting on a private jet while enjoying some champagne. “Some plane flights must be hard posted,” she wrote alongside the image. 

The reality TV star started dating Christopher after she divorced her third husband, Josh Hall. She was previously married to Ant Anstead, with whom she shares son Hudson, six. Christina shares her older children Taylor, 15, and Brayden, ten, with first husband Tarek El Moussa. 

Christina has a particularly good relationship with Tarek and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa, and they often spend time together with their blended family. They also star alongside each other on the popular TV show, The Flip Off.
