Aidan Murphy is a property broker from Kent who is set on finding love while in the villa.

That said, he does enjoy a bit of drama, and while he wouldn’t get completely involved he would definitely be listening and taking it in, and maybe stirring the pot ever so slightly.

When it comes to dating in the villa, Aidan will speak to as many people as possible and get to know everyone.

“For me, it’s about being myself,” he said. “I’m confident in my personality, so I think that will come across naturally.”

What is Aidan’s ‘type on paper’?

For Aidan, he wouldn’t say he has a strict type and finds that personality is the most important thing in a match.

“Obviously, I know if I find someone physically attractive but if we’re not connecting, laughing, and having a good time, it just wouldn’t work for me,” he said.

“I like someone who’s fun, can take a joke and doesn’t take themselves too seriously. If we’re constantly laughing and getting on, that’s what matters most.”

Love Island returns on Monday 1 June at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

I studied medicine in Brighton and qualified as a doctor and for the last 2 years been writing blogs. While there are are many excellent blogs devoted to the topics of faith, humanism, atheism, political viewpoints, and wider kinds of rationalism and philosophical doubt, those are not the only focus here.Im going to blog about what ever comes to my mind in a day.
