PAW Patrol and spin-off Rubble & Crew get future officially confirmed

PAW Patrol and spin-off Rubble & Crew get future officially confirmed

There are plenty more adventures for PAW Patrol and its spinoff, Rubble & Crew, on the horizon, as both shows have been given two-season renewals.

The pre-school series will return for an additional 26 episodes each, marking seasons 14 and 15 for PAW Patrol and seasons 5 and 6 for Rubble & Crew.

Nickelodeon and Spin Master Entertainment announced the news on Thursday (14 May).

The renewals don’t come as a huge surprise, given the popularity of the shows.

PAW Patrol, which follows a young boy called Ryder and a group of rescue pups, originally launched in Canada back in 2013, and soon became a hit all over the world, including the UK.

Spin-off series Rubble & Crew then aired in 2023, following Rubble, an English bulldog and his pup family of construction workers, and quickly became popular among viewers.

Alongside Rubble & Crew, the franchise has also spawned the blockbuster hits PAW Patrol: The Movie and PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.

According to Nickelodeon, seasons 14 and 15 of PAW Patrol will see the gang journey “from the prehistoric wilds of Dinosaur Island to the rock-climbing heights of Rescue Mountain.

“Along the way, they’ll team up with new friends – from a speedy racing pooch to the legendary Abominable Snow Pup – proving that for this team, no job is too big, no pup is too small!”

Meanwhile, the upcoming fifth and sixth seasons of Rubbly & Crew will see “fans strap on safety gear and get ready for demolition, as Builder Cove’s construction heroes become the Wrecking Crew, moving from construction to destruction.

“They’re not putting things up – they’re smashing, bashing, and crashing things down.”

Previous seasons of PAW Patrol and Rubble & Crew are available to stream on Paramount+

Both shows will return to Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. with new episodes this summer.
